After 90 days, you switch to Florivio Free: member management for up to 30 members and one user, plus the dashboard. Other modules remain read-only. A paid plan requires your active choice; the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Register with your email address and fire-department name. You receive your own workspace with sample data. No credit card or introductory call is required. The trial covers the local functionality. The cross-department management add-on is set up separately on request.

Member data can be imported via supported Excel/CSV files. MP-FEUER also has a support-assisted data-transfer import for equipment, clothing stores, vehicles, training reports and participant records; member master data is created via Excel/CSV first. Other source systems and export formats are assessed before an import scope is promised. This is not an API or ongoing synchronisation.

There is no additional import fee for the described support import of supported data areas. Ongoing use follows the selected plan. Individual data cleaning, custom development or additional coordination for municipal and county projects can be offered separately in advance.

Free includes up to 30 members and one user; Starter up to 60 members and three users. Standard includes unlimited members and users. Assigned local roles are included. Management across several fire-service workspaces is a separate add-on, set up on request.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions renew yearly; cancellation is possible up to one month before the end of the current annual term. The 36-month subscription cannot be ordinarily cancelled before the end of its term and then switches to Standard monthly at the catalogue price in effect. Existing agreements remain applicable.

Hosting in Germany, encrypted bank data, automatic backups, tiered roles, hash-linked inspection histories and documented SEPA status and mandate histories. A data processing agreement is available. See the security page for scope and details.

Finalised inspection records are not silently overwritten. Hash-linked inspection history makes later changes or breaks in the chain detectable. Corrections are documented as new traceable events. This does not amount to a blanket legal certification.

The purpose-specific Youth plan is for youth and children’s fire-service members within applicable state-law age limits, without an operational adult department. It includes unlimited eligible members, three users, member management including parent access, reports and events. Other membership statuses are blocked, with no automatic paid upgrade. Fire departments, associations, municipalities and authorities can self-register; other organisation types require an individual agreement.

No. The service is for organisations: fire departments, associations, municipalities and public authorities. Contracts with private consumers are not offered.

The shared overview combines approved data on a read-only basis and is included in the municipal base package from two workspaces. Cross-department management is an add-on that is available now and set up on request. It adds combined views across all connected departments, switching into any single department without signing in again, assigning tasks to named people in individual departments, and transfers of clothing and equipment between departments. Changes are always made in the responsible department.

Standard usage for each separately licensed fire-service workspace and, from two workspaces, the shared read-only overview. Annual net prices per workspace: 199 EUR for one, 169 EUR for 2–4, 149 EUR for 5–9 and 139 EUR from ten. Existing agreements remain applicable; Standard licences already included are not billed twice.

A base fee of €200 per year plus €50 per managed Standard workspace per year. A central store run by the municipality does not count as a managed workspace. This add-on is available as an annual subscription only. Standard usage is additional unless included in the municipal base package. All amounts exclude VAT. No. Management access is a personal account of the municipality, independent of fire-service membership. Administrative users do not need a membership record and do not count as an extra fire-department licence.

Each department keeps its own workspace and decides itself. Two authorised people in the department approve joining, Florivio then informs all members by email, and the department activates access and consents to the data transfer. Members can object at any time. Data of the fire-brigade association, such as supporting members, fees or association events, is never part of the management.

The design accommodates both separate workspaces and a joint fire service with local departments. The appropriate data and licence structure must be agreed, particularly for shared member records, inventory and access restrictions. It is not determined solely by the number of buildings.
