What happens after the trial?
After 90 days, you automatically switch to Florivio Free — with member management (up to 30 members) free forever. If you want to keep all features, simply choose a paid plan. No cancellation needed, no follow-up calls.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your email and fire department name — in 2 minutes you'll have your own workspace with sample data. No video call required, no IT effort on your end.
Can we import existing data?
Yes. Member data can be imported from Excel/CSV. We'll help you so you don't have to start from scratch.
Can we switch from another system?
Yes. Exports from other programs or Excel spreadsheets can be imported. We'll guide you through the transition so you can be productive as quickly as possible.
What is Florivio Free?
After the 90-day trial, you automatically switch to Florivio Free — free forever. Free includes member management (up to 30 members, 1 user) and the dashboard. All other modules remain readable, but write access is only available in paid plans.
Is there a user limit?
In paid plans: No. Whether 20 or 150 members — the price stays the same. All roles (commander, treasurer, secretary, equipment manager, etc.) are included. In Florivio Free: up to 30 members, 1 user.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel monthly. No minimum contract period, no hidden fees, no hassle.
How is our data protected?
Hosted in Germany, TLS 1.3 encryption, AES-256-GCM for bank data, automatic backups, RBAC with 7 roles, audit-proof inspection logs and SEPA batches, full audit trail. Data processing agreement available on request.
What does 'audit-proof' mean?
Inspection logs and SEPA batches are secured with cryptographic hash chains (SHA-256). Once finalized, logs cannot be altered — this builds trust with auditors and insurers.
What's the difference between Starter and Standard?
Starter covers basic administration: member records, reports, attendance, and dashboard. Standard adds association and record workflows: fees, SEPA direct debit, equipment & PPE with inspection workflow, gear room, events, and chronicle.
What support do I get?
The Starter plan includes self-service (documentation & FAQ in the app). From the Standard plan onwards, standard support (email ticket, response time up to 72 hours on business days) is included at no extra cost. For prioritized support with shorter response times or phone support, Plus and Premium are available as optional add-ons. Details on the support page.
